There are currently 234 single family homes for sale in Eagan ranging from 202k - 769k. Almost half of these are priced below 300k.

There are 80 homes pending.

Listings: 34

Pending: 22

Closed: 4 (We should see more at the end of the month.)

There are currently 224 single family homes for sale in Eagan ranging in price from 202k to 769k.

There are 69 homes pending.

New in this week:
Listings: 29

Pending: 9

Closed: 5 (Probably skewed because more homes close at the end of the month.)

This is a great buyers market!
